A Night Under The Stars

My most recent effort in the Pixel Scrapper Bingo Challenge!
I love Vincent Van Gogh's Starry Starry Night, so when I chose blue, word art, stars, frames and buttons I used the famous picture as a bit of inspiration.
I love sleeping out under the stars!
Enjoy - download here.

Another Flower Template

I got quite bored while waiting for a flight and decided to create another flower template.  There are 2 templates, one with bevels and shadows and one without.  The sample below has no bevels, only the drop shadow on the first template.
Enjoy them, click here to download.

Flower Challenge

I have been trying to complete the beginners designer challenges at Pixel Scrapper.
Having been away from home for a week or so I have fallen a little behind - but here is the flower template challenge.
Enjoy - you can download the flower I made and the template to make your own.

Snowboarding

Well Marisa (Pixel Scrapper) put up a designers challenge for Sports.
At first I was incredibly un-inspired and had initially decided not to participate in this one but...
Then I started watching the Winter Olympics and I thought - wow, Snowboarding, that would make quite a cool little kit.
So whilst watching the Olympics and seeing them sipping warm mugs of cocoa, wearing gloves/mittens, the literal sea of beanies and some pretty amazing designs I found a little bit of inspiration.
I must admit I did use a few templates for this one!  Not too many...
The circles paper was a template made by Marisa Lerin
The glittery snowflake was a template made by Brooke Gazarek
The waving hills & sparkly splat were templates by Janet Scott
The flower was a template by Melo
And of course as always the preview file is a template by Marisa Lerin

All of the other content is orginals either created from scratch or clipped and edited from photographs.

The kit also has 5 glitter files.

Please feel free to download it from here.

I really fell in love with the colours from the Polka Dot papers I made for the beginning designer challenge.
I couldn't help but pop a little kitset together.

Faded Rose

Mucking around with some new palettes from Design Seeds.  I've been experimenting with bevels, layers and textures.  So there is quite a lot of that in here.  All items are made from scratch.  The only template used was the glitter for the bow.  I'm quite proud of that!  It is 1 month to the day that I started doing digital scrapbooking, so I think I have learnt a lot in 31 days!  I made this kit in memory of Pearl my dear cat.  She loved to hang out in the gardens near the roses.  Faded Rose seemed like a suitable kit name.
Hope you enjoy it.  Click here to download from DropBox.

Below is a sample made with the kit.  Our beautiful cat Pearl who has sadly passed away recently.
